In many organizations the requirement of a COO may not be a full time role. The role is internal looking and focuses on bringing in better alignment within the organization. This is achieved by ensuring optimal and synchronous working of all the functions within the organization. A COO is also mandated with driving key initiatives of the organization and critical projects for the CEO/Board. We bring in sufficient experience/expertise in these areas and provide ‘COO as a Service’ for a defined period for the client. The key objectives of the service are the following:
