OBTim offers consultancy services around Operations, Business Process and Throughput improvement. OBTim has been set up by senior consultants who are passionate about these services and bring in a lot of experience in these areas.
Our philosophy is to set up a self-sustaining engine for improvement through financial savings and capability improvement.The focus will be to leverage maximum potential from existing investments and generate funds/savings from ongoing operations.
In every organisation a lot of work would have been done in these areas, however we believe we can bring fresh perspectives, identify improvement opportunities and execute them. Our approach will be hands-on, outcome oriented and will involve the engagement of senior consultants right through.
